The original wastewater-treatment agreement between Elmer City and Coulee Dam, including all amendments, extensions, and related agreements. 2. All publicly disclosable complaints, motions, declarations, court orders, injunctions, judgments, notices of appeal, settlement proposals, and mediation documents from the current litigation. Please include the case number and records showing the current status of the case and any appeal. 3.
