Chief Bowden,

As discussed at our meeting on 01/08/2026, I was wondering when I may be seeing the letter to allow for the Grand Coulee Police Department to conduct law enforcement in Electric City under the Police Powers Act? It has not yet been updated on WASPC and I will need some form of documentation.
